  • Transaction: A purchase agreement between the user and Soltech, arranged through direct contact.

2. Ordering Process

  1. All orders must be placed through Soltech’s official communication channels.

  2. Users are responsible for reviewing product details, including specifications, color, quantity, and functionality.

  3. A transaction is confirmed once Soltech approves the order and the user accepts the price and delivery conditions.

  4. Soltech reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order if the product is out of stock or if prices change.

3. Payment

  1. Users must pay the agreed price, including any applicable shipping or additional fees.

  2. Payments should follow the method agreed upon with Soltech, such as bank transfer, e-wallet, or cash on delivery.

  3. Late payments may result in automatic order cancellation without compensation.

  4. Refunds are provided only in specific cases, such as payment errors or order cancellations by Soltech.

4. Shipping

  1. Products will be delivered through verified logistics providers.

  2. Soltech is responsible for ensuring products are packaged securely before shipment.

  3. Delivery delays or damages caused by the courier are the courier’s responsibility, though Soltech will assist in resolving issues.

  4. Shipping costs are determined based on mutual agreement.

5. Confirmation and User Responsibility

  1. Users must confirm receipt of products promptly.

  2. Claims for damaged or incorrect items must be submitted within 2 days of delivery.

  3. After confirmation or expiry of the claim period, Soltech is not responsible for product loss or damage.

6. Customer Support

  1. Customer support is available for resolving technical issues, warranty claims, or transaction inquiries.

  2. Users should provide proof of purchase, photos/videos of the product, and any supporting documents when requesting assistance.

  3. Solutions will be determined based on mutual agreement between Soltech and the user.


7. Intellectual Property

  1. All content on Soltech.co.id, including images, logos, and product descriptions, is protected by copyright law.

  2. Unauthorized use of this content without written permission is prohibited.

  3. The Soltech name, logo, and trademarks are owned by PT Soltech Indonesia and may not be used by third parties without authorization.

  2. Users are encouraged to review this page periodically. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of any updates.
