Displayed prices and stock availability may change without notice. Final pricing, configuration, validity period, taxes, and availability apply only as stated in an official SOLTECH quotation.
3. Quotation Requests
WhatsApp buttons and other contact channels only submit a request for information or quotation. A request is not an order, contract, or acceptance of a transaction. Procurement becomes binding after the parties approve the applicable commercial documents, such as a quotation, purchase order, sales order, or invoice.
4. Payment and Transaction Documents
Payment methods, payment schedules, taxes, currency, procurement documents, and any available credit terms are specified in a separate quotation or transaction document. An agreed transaction document prevails if it differs from general information on this website.
5. Delivery and Implementation
Catalog prices do not automatically include delivery costs, location requirements, schedules, insurance, handover, installation, configuration, or project services. These items are confirmed in writing according to the product, quantity, location, and project requirements.
